Radiance, the Undying Light

"In the hallowed annals of time, amidst the forlorn echoes of forgotten epochs, there exists a tale of the Valley of Nightmares, where shadows entwined and the cursed dead held dominion. From the mists of antiquity emerged a solitary figure, bearing aloft the sacred glaive known as Radiance, the Undying Light. Forged in the crucible of ancient magics by hands long turned to dust, its blade shimmered with the luminescence of celestial realms, a celestial harbinger in a world ensnared by darkness. With each resolute stroke, Radiance cast forth its divine radiance, purifying the land of its accursed blight, and in its wake, the valley, once ensnared by the tendrils of eternal night, blossomed anew, bathed in the ineffable brilliance of the Undying Light." - Folron, Knight of Kythrie

Blinding Radiance: On critical hits made with this weapon, the target is blinded for 1 round with no save.

Undying Radiance: As an action during the wielder's turn, they can hit the butt of the glaive against the ground, releasing a wave of radiant energy, blinding all enemies within a 30ft radius for 1 round.

Shielding Radiance: When the wielder of this glaive misses in combat, they are shielded in radiant energies, gaining 10% dodge and 10% armor dodge cap until the end of their next turn. Additionally, whenever they are successfully hit while in this state, attackers take 1d4 light damage, scaling with the wielder's light spell power. In this state, the wielder fails all hide and stealth checks and saving throws.
