HerbAlchemy Introduction
HerbAlchemy is a Minecraft Java mod built to revitalize the usefulness of flowers found throughout the Minecraft world. Intended for aiding players in survival-based gameplay, HerbAlchemy introduces new foods, weapons, and two new villager professions to further immerse players into the world!
HerbAlchemy Features
New Floral Food Recipes:
Grassweed
Effect: Restores 4 hunger points
Crimson Rootweed
Effect: Restores 6 hunger points
Warped Rootweed
Effect: Restores 6 hunger points
Baked Petals
Effect: Restores 3 hunger points
Shroomroot
Effect: Restores 2 hunger points and gives the player the effects of Regeneration 1 for 1 minute.
Grassweed Soup
Effect: Restores 12 hunger points and gives the player the effects of Speed and Nausea 1 for 1 minute.
Baked Petal Soup
Effect: Restores 14 hunger points and gives the player the effects of Regeneration 1 for 1 minute.
Shroombrew Soup
Effect: Restores 2 hunger points and gives the player the effects of Speed and Haste 1 for 1 minute.

Mortar & Pestle
Use: A tool used to grind flowers into bonemeal and soups.
Pruner
Use: Another type of shear tool.
Alchemy Table
Use: Herbalist profession block.

How to make:

1 small flower and 1 Mortar & Pestle for 1 Bonemeal.

1 tall flower and 1 Mortar & Pestle for 2 Bonemeal.

1 pink petal and 1 Mortar & Pestle for 3 Bonemeal.

1 Torchflower or Pitcher Plant and 1 Mortar & Pestle for 5 Bonemeal.
New Ranged Weapon Type:
Empty Flasks
-
Empty Flasks are a new throwable weapon type used to brew and contain powerful mixtures.

Empty Flasks are throwable and deal 5 damage upon hit.

Empty Flasks are required for brewing recipes.
Brewing Stand Flask Recipes:
Flask of Poison
Effect: Poisons, nauseates, and starves the target for 5 minutes. When this flask hits a block, the block becomes a Moss Block.
Flask of Bane
Effect: Instantly kills the target and spawns a wither skeleton in their demise.
Flask of Curatives
Effect: Instantly heals the target and thrower to full health.
Flask of Maiming
Effect: Deals 20 damage to the target upon impact.
Flask of Flame
Effect: Sets the target ablaze for 30 seconds.
Flask of Goo
Effect: Slows, weakens, and fatigues the target for 5 minutes upon impact.
Flask of Swine
Effect: Slows, weakens, fatigues, poisons, nauseates, and starves the target until they die.
Flask of Boom
Effect: Explodes blocks and entities within 15 blocks upon impact.
Flask of Smite
Effect: Deals 20 damage and strikes the target with lightning upon impact.
Flask of Neutralization
Effect: Clears all effects on the target and thrower.
Flask of Saturation
Effect: Satiates the target’s and thrower's hunger and gives them the Saturation effect at level 2 for 1 minute.
Flask of Rejuvenation
Effect: Satiates the target’s and thrower’s hunger, clears the target and thrower of all negative effects, and heals the target.
New Villager Professions:
The Herbalist mod introduces two new types of villager professions, which are the Herbalist and the Florist.
Herbalist
An Herbalist trades emeralds in exchange for flowers. Each trading rank of the Herbalist requires players to venture out into their world; across many different biomes, to find new exotic flowers to trade. At Expert and Master ranks, players are able to exchange flowers and emeralds for powerful flask concoctions.
Profession Block: Alchemy Table
Florist
A Florist trades flowers for emeralds and emeralds in exchange for flowers and miscellaneous flowers. Each trading rank of the Florist requires players to venture out into their world; across many different biomes, to find new exotic flowers to trade. At Expert and Master ranks, players are able to exchange flowers and emeralds for powerful flask concoctions.
